Founder of ShipApp

I build products. Automate processes. Teach practical AI.

I’m Damian. Before I built for clients, I built and scaled my own companies. Today I run ShipApp and lead every project myself, from the first conversation to handover.

I reply within 1 business day. You get the scope and price before you decide.

How I work

One project, five steps.

Every step ends with something you can see and decide on.

  1. 01

    Goal

We start with what needs to change and how we will know it worked. Not with a tech stack.

  2. 02

    Scope

You get a written scope, stages and price before you decide anything.

  3. 03

    Design

I design the interface and the architecture. You see working screens early, not a slide deck.

  4. 04

    Testing

We test on real devices and real data before anything goes live.

  5. 05

    Launch

Launch, handover of access and materials, and clear rules for further changes.

What you can count on.

  • Scope and price before you decide.

You see the work, the stages and the cost before you commit.

  • Ownership agreed at the start.

Code, accounts, access and materials: we settle who owns what before we begin.

  • AI helps. People decide.

AI speeds up the work. Conversations, decisions and responsibility stay with people.

  • Knowledge stays with you.

Every project ends with a handover, not with a dependency on me.

About

Hi, I’m Damian.

I’m a founder first. I have built and run my own companies, so I look at software through time saved, costs and the decisions it makes easier, not only through lines of code.

Today I run ShipApp from Słupsk, Poland. I lead each project personally and use AI where it shortens the work. Decisions and responsibility stay with people.

Outside work I play in an amateur basketball league and ride road motorcycles. Both reward what good software needs too: timing, precision and owning quick decisions.

Tools I use every day

  • TypeScript
  • React Native
  • Expo
  • Next.js
  • Astro
  • Supabase
  • PostgreSQL
  • n8n
  • OpenAI API

My own products

I build for myself, too.

Running my own products keeps me honest about what software costs and what it saves.

  • FieldOps

    In production

A CRM for coordinating installation work in the field: route planning, PDF protocols and client records in one place.

    React Native, Supabase, PostgreSQL

  • MT Flow

    Beta

A small integration tool that syncs financial data and invoices between service-company CRMs and accounting software.

    Next.js, Node.js, n8n, REST APIs

Questions

Before you write.

  • Do I need a technical specification?

No. It is enough to know what does not work today and what should change. Mapping the process and writing the scope is part of my work.

  • Do I work with you or with ShipApp?

Both. ShipApp is my company, and I lead every project personally, from the first conversation to handover.

  • How long does a project take, and how is it priced?

It depends on the scope, from a simple website to a larger app. After the first conversation you get the stages, the timeline and a fixed price, before you decide.

  • Does every project need AI?

No. I use AI only where it clearly reduces manual work, for example sorting emails, reading documents or drafting reports.

  • Can I develop the system on my own later?

Yes. I use common, well-documented technologies and hand over access, code and documentation so any developer can take over.

  • Do you work in English?

Yes. I work in English and Polish. ShipApp’s own pages are in Polish, but we can run the whole project in English.
