Last updated: 15 October 2026

This policy covers the website damianmotylinski.pl and the iOS and Android apps published by MT Hub Damian Motyliński. It is also the privacy policy URL used in App Store Connect and Google Play Console.

Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Damian Motyliński, running a business as MT Hub Damian Motyliński, NIP 8393229228, REGON 521882353. For privacy matters and data deletion, write to kontakt@damianmotylinski.pl.

Website

Visiting the site

The site does not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools. Fonts and images are served from the same server. The hosting provider (SEOHOST.pl, Poland) may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, time of the request, requested page and browser type, to keep the service running and secure.

Contact form and email

When you send a message through the form or by email, I process:

  • your name and email address,
  • the area you choose (optional) and the content of your message,
  • any other details you decide to share.

I use this data only to reply and, if you ask for it, to prepare a scope and quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and my legitimate interest in answering correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Providing the data is voluntary, but without your name, email address and message I cannot reply.

Form submissions are delivered by Formspree, Inc. (USA), which passes them to my mailbox. Email is hosted by SEOHOST.pl. Transfers outside the European Economic Area are made with the safeguards required by GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses.

I keep messages for up to 12 months after our last contact. If we sign a contract, I keep the correspondence for the duration of the contract and as long as tax and accounting law or the protection of claims require.

Booking a call

If you book a call through the Calendly link, Calendly LLC (USA) processes your booking data under its own privacy policy.

Mobile apps

Data the apps may process

The exact scope depends on the features used in the app. The app may process:

  • account data such as email address, username, account identifier or company name,
  • data entered into forms, reports, projects, tasks, notes or messages,
  • technical data such as device type, operating system, app version, diagnostic identifiers, IP address and error logs,
  • payment or subscription data handled by the Apple App Store, Google Play or a third-party payment provider,
  • files, photos or other materials if the user uploads them in the app.

Purposes of processing

Data is processed to create and manage accounts, provide app features, synchronise data, communicate with users, handle support requests, improve security, diagnose errors, comply with legal obligations and protect against abuse.

Legal bases

Data may be processed to perform a contract or take steps before a contract, on the basis of the controller’s legitimate interest, to comply with legal obligations, or on the basis of the user’s consent where a feature requires it.

Sharing of data

Data may be processed by technical service providers such as hosting, databases, crash reporting, email, payment tools, the App Store, Google Play or authentication providers. Data is never sold. Sharing is limited to what is necessary for app functionality, user support, security or legal compliance.

Apple and Google services

If the app is installed from the App Store or Google Play, Apple or Google may process data under their own policies, including installation, purchases, subscriptions, diagnostics, payments, reviews and store security.

Analytics, diagnostics and crash reports

The app may use diagnostic tools to detect crashes and improve stability. Diagnostic data is used to keep the app reliable and is never used to sell user data.

Account and data deletion

If the app allows account creation, users may request deletion of their app account and associated data. To request deletion, email kontakt@damianmotylinski.pl with the subject “App account and data deletion” and include the email address used in the app.

After verification, the account and associated data will be deleted unless certain information must be retained for legal, accounting, security, payment, anti-abuse or claims-related reasons.

Retention

Account data is retained while the user uses the app. After account deletion, data is deleted or anonymised unless further retention is required by law or justified for security, settlement or claims purposes.

Children

The apps are not directed to children below the age required by local law to consent to data processing. If you believe a child provided data without the required consent, contact the controller.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict processing, port it, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. To use these rights, write tokontakt@damianmotylinski.pl.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).

Automated decisions

I do not use profiling or make decisions about you by automated means.

When this policy changes, I update it on this page together with the date at the top.
