These terms apply to the iOS and Android apps published by MT Hub Damian Motyliński and related online services. This document may be used as the terms URL in the app, App Store Connect and Google Play Console.

Owner and contact

The apps are owned by Damian Motyliński, running a business as MT Hub Damian Motyliński, NIP 8393229228, REGON 521882353. Contact: kontakt@damianmotylinski.pl.

Use of the app

Users must use the app lawfully, in line with the Apple App Store or Google Play rules and good practice, and without infringing the rights of others. Submitting unlawful or harmful content, or content that infringes privacy or intellectual property, is prohibited.

User account

Some features may require an account. Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they submit in the app, for keeping their login details confidential and for activity performed through their account.

Account deletion

If the app allows account creation, users may request deletion of their app account and associated data. Details are in the privacy policy.

Purchases, subscriptions and payments

If the app offers purchases or subscriptions, they may be processed by the Apple App Store, Google Play or a designated payment provider. Their terms and refund policies may apply.

Availability and changes

I try to keep the app available and working properly, but I do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be developed, changed, temporarily disabled or removed for security, maintenance, legal compliance or product development reasons.

User content

Users keep the rights to content they add to the app, but allow its technical processing as needed for app functionality, synchronisation, backups, support and security.

Liability

The app is provided to the extent permitted by law. The owner is not responsible for damage caused by use contrary to these terms, loss of access caused by third-party services, device failures, operating system issues or internet connection problems.
